Amitielover: yes XD there could be 3 explanations
1. The Artist forgot and kept it in colours with Peach (most likely)
2. Amitie changed her genetic code to have blue eyes using magic
3. Amitie got blue contacts XD
overall I like Amitie as is, and I think her with blue eyes is a little much.

Story: Prince Damien was a warrior and a survivor of war, he was hand picked by Akiera himself to be wedded to his daughter Melina Akiera. Prince Damien fell in love with Melina at first sight, but Melina viewed him as a war monger and a tyrant. After the wedding Damien promised Melina he would always put her before war. Several years later Melina was concepted with the prophecy child and her twin sister. Damien felt angered that only one of his daughters would be titled the prophecy child, he believed Akiera and Melina put to much faith in the sun child, so he vowed to personally see to it the moon child recieved higher affection from him. Unfortunatly this resulted in high resentment towards Amitie the sun child. He always sees her as weaker and far inferior to the moon child Kristy (born Zephyr Akiera).
Damien believed that the because the moon is so closely tied to the tides of the sea, he would help Zephyr achieve mastery over the element of wind, he endowed her with the Zenith Amulet to assist her in her journey to achieve Wind mastery.
