Ms. Accord is a teacher at the Primp Town magic school. At first, she seems normal. However, in Puyo Puyo Fever, it is revealed that there is something irregular about her - and it has still not been revealed exactly what it is as yet. The Puyo Puyo Fever controversy involves Accord having claimed to have lost her Magic Cane, leading to a battle against Popoi, who supposedly was just a puppet.
Her opinions about Raffine are not clear. In English Puyo Puyo Fever, she seems angered at her (Notably, In the original Japanese dialog, she isn't angered at Raffine.) However, in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary, she compliments Raffine.
Popoi is the black cat "puppet" that she almost constantly carries - exception being at the end of Puyo Puyo Fever, where he is seen on his own. Her and Popoi's birthday are those of of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington, with Accord being born Feburary 12th.
In the DS version of Puyo Puyo Fever, the tutorial music plays as her stage music in the HaraHara course rather than the original battle music. This makes Accord and Popoi the only characters who have their own exclusive themes in Puyo Puyo Fever, unless the free battle theme that plays for Arle and Carbuncle is accounted for as well.
It should be noted that Accord calls Rulue "very sexy and quite wonderful" in 15th Anniversary. It is most likely that Accord is complimenting Rulue's beauty, but she may also have homosexual feelings for Rulue, which she masquerades with the odd wording and context.
